 Last week DHS announced the National Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign
Challenge.

  deadline for submissions April 30.

One of the criteria for submissions is Transparency and there are others
that have to do with measurement.  Proposals must include “Metrics used to
define success”.

Some on this list must have Howard Schmidt’s ear.  If anyone can, he should
be able to make it possible to get access to (civilian) government data that
result from this campaign as well as others.
