Here's a draft email I was thinking of sending to European chapter leaders...

Dear European Chapter Leader

I was wondering if you had seen this ENISA document:

Who-Is-Who Directory on Network and Information Security 2009
  http://www.enisa.europa.eu/pages/02_03_news_2009_02_19_who_is_who.html

I wasn't aware of it until I saw copies at OWASP AppSec EU09 in Poland
earlier this month. The directory lists national authorities,
industry organisations, academic organisations and other bodies active
in each EU member state, EEA member states (Iceland, Liechtenstein and
Norway), EFTA (Switzerland), EU institutions and international
organisations. OWASP is not mentioned and I'm contacting ENISA about
an "international entry". But I wondered if it may be useful for each
of you to make contact with the ENISA Liaison Officer in your own
country:

  http://www.enisa.europa.eu/doc/pdf/NLO/nlo_composition_20090406.pdf

and ask to be included in your own country's listing, or just to raise
awareness. If you do contact them, your own entry will require your
chapter name (e.g. OWASP XXX chpater), your chapter's owasp.org web
page address and for "area of responsibility", perhaps "Web
application security development and verification guides, tools,
standards and best practice".

Regards
