First of all, I always ask the context of his experience and expectations.
Is he a (penetration) tester, developer, requirements specialist?
Pointing hem to the guides then with the links to the guide projects and the
lulu pages where to download / buy the books.

At  the moment, see local chapters and upcoming conferences and trainings.
The Academy portal will bring some outcome to this. We, the academy portal
team, have a meeting next week!
