Tom, Sandra is a talking about training delivered by Owasp leaders and free

thought for some people will be that they can list there name and get work
to deliver training for a fee hence this becomes a commercial ad for people
delivering training.

comprehensive database of potential/interested OWASP members spread around
the world who can become our pool of trainers for the OWASP Training
initiatives developed by Local Chapters all round.

This is a model of training free for OWASP members and delivered by OWASP
members which covers OWASP modules and/or projects.
