[Global_conference_committee] Draft Global AppSec Sponsorships Document

All,

So, I have some time to kill at work today and I swaged this bit together.
It's a sample sponsorship flier for the "Global Sponsorships" of AppSec
Conferences.  The prices are total guesses but basically what I "feel" they
are worth.  Looking to round out the "what you get" bits.

Thoughts, Concerns, Scolding?
