J one of the functionalities of the new registration system is printing out
"barcoded" name badges. So, hopefully in the near future, vendors can
"scan" attendees who visit their booth.
Right now, we do not give out lists since we really have not promoted the
"opt in" functionality. We encourage vendors to collect names/business
cards during the event, usually through a name draw raffle.

but, come to think of it. We did some opt-in on prior EU AppSec conferences
if people wanted to be on a list that was also shared with the other people
that opted it. But this was made clear during registration
If sponsors want contact details, they better organize a prize/challenge at
their booth in return for a business card

We don't. We protect the privacy of people registering.

Hello all,
what is our current policy about giving a conference's attendees list
to the sponsors?
Thanks,
