What happened to Richard Greenberg's and Neil Matatall's applications (with
recommendations)? They were definitely completed and have recommendations.

We heavy in the U.S. (not necessarily just a weight issue J) so please reach
out to collegues in AU, Asia, EU, and Canada and encourage them to join.
One of our challenges is to devise a system that works globally, and we
won't be able to do that without global input.
