  Hi Sarah,
 

 I have more that 10 years of IT and information security experience. Most recently as a technical security analyst with Citibank. 
 Responsible for global security operation that includes leading the SOC team in handling complex security incident analysis which will require to work with various element of forensic investigation.
 

 Prior to this I was a lead security analyst in Perimeter eSecurity, support SOC team to translate complex security requirements into operational processes for implementation. I hold a BS in Mathematics major in Computer Science from the Far Eastern University.
 

 Founder of SecAnalyst.org that composed of 10 professional security analyst and penetration tester.
 

 With the common goals and objectives, we want to contribute our knowledge to the information security community our years of experience to improve infrastructure and application security by merging the secanalyst.org to OWASP-manila.

The process to lead a chapter for restart is similar to applying to start a chapter: we will will need from you 1) a brief statement about yourself & your background (or resume if it is easier), 2) a short explanation of why you want to restart the chapter in Manila or become a chapter leader and 3) written acknowledgement that you have read and agree to the terms of the Chapter Handbook: https://www.owasp.org/index.php/Chapter_Leader_Handbook (Chapter 2 is the most critical since it contains the mandatory rules for all chapter leaders).
