The owasp-australia mailing list referred to Melbourne, VIC i.e. it
was the first mailing list created for an Australian chapter but the
naming that it represented became confused over time as other chapters
were created and became using it to make Australia wide announcements.

The subscribers were copied from owasp-australia to owasp-melbourne
i.e. https://lists.owasp.org/pipermail/owasp-melbourne/2011-January/000000.html
