Hi Matt,

you don't have to excuse for not being active. your input is appreciated.

I share your frustation with Beaurocratci Red Tape "govern by committee".
OWASP should be a fun community to donate a couple of your hours free time

That's why we should try to provide support to chapters and be there when
they need us.
I don't support 'over-seeing' or poking into local chapters, unless issues
have been raised by people from that chapter.

Let's reflect that in the chapter handbook and with our actions
