[Global_chapter_committee] OWASP Tunisia

To establish a legal entity ( we just did this in EU) usually involves submitting bylaws.  Have you had to do this in Tunisia?  If so, can you please submit a copy of them?

What is involved in establishing a legal entity in Tunisia?
