[Global_chapter_committee] [Global_membership_committee] OWASP Chapter supporter

Hi Lucas.

Currently each project webpage has a Donate button.  When clicked then 40%
of the donation goes to the project automatically.  But I agree with you
that it's a good idea to add Project Support to the membership
page<https://www.owasp.org/index.php/Membership>
