[Global_chapter_committee] Delhi Chapter

Dhruv and Puneet, I received the following inquiry on the Delhi chapter.
Could you please let us know what the status of the chapter is?

"Dear sir,

I was checking the Delhi chapter meetings the last meetings was  held in
october of 2010 and checking the scenario of the proceedings are not up to
the guidelines provided by the OWASP . So i feel the local chapter of the
Delhi should come under new management . If there is anything i can do for
OWASP it will be a great honor to me . I can assure you of me and my team
will be fully bound to the guidelines and will take OWASP to new heights .

S o i hereby request you to consider my request and i am thereafter i will
be sending my complete details.
