[Global_chapter_committee] OWASP Equador

I still have the Equador chapter pending.  I would like to resolve this by
either establishing the chapter or by closing out the request.  You can
always submit the request again should the situation change.

Please advise on how to move forward.

Yes I read it. I have just one question:

The page says: "Sales activities are strictly prohibited", but I told you
that we (my company) gave two courses based in OWASP. The duration was 20
hours each one. The course was entirely practical with examples and
exercises. We gained money for the training. I think that OWASP is one of
the best security project. Is It permitted for you this practical training?
Obviously that we didn´t say that the course is official. We complement
EC-Council courses (we are ATC) with this training. If I would be leader of
the chapter, couldn’t we sell this course anymore? should we give this
course free because I will be leader of the local chapter?.

I think that I will be a good leader. Thanks
