Chapter Committee Members & Board members -

See below with the timeline for comment and voting for the new chapter

NOW is your time to read through the handbook and make comments (not in
January when we are finished and you just don't agree). Also, please note
when you will be asked to vote on the handbook and let me know if you
anticipate having any problem watching for the email entitled "CHAPTER
HANDBOOK VOTE" and logging your vote.

I know it is an aggressive schedule and it is around the holidays, but I
would appreciate everyone's help in pushing this out and getting it
completed for the new year.

Chapter Handbook timeline:*

Friday 12/16 @ 11:00pm GMT/UTC - open comment period closes for handbook

Saturday 12/17 & Sunday 12/18 - Sarah sorts through comments, summarizes,
cleans up text sends handbook voting to Chapters Committee in sections

Tuesday 12/20 by end of day - votes from Chapters Committee conclude

vote, final edits - sends vote on entire handbook to Chapters Committee
