As Andrew is already doing a 2 day tutorial on OWASP at AusCERT, I

To be discussed at the next Global Chapters meeting.

The BoF session does not directly benefit AusCERT hence why they don't
offer to absorb the costs related to travel, etc.
That stated, AusCERT has delivered on their 4 or more discount
registration rate for OWASP Members and the cost to host at the Royal
Since OWASP has the potential to reach 1000+ people during AusCERT
2011 - is there another cost centre/budget within OWASP besides OoTM,
such as marketing, board approval, etc for this unique case?
