[Global_chapter_committee] Fwd: [Global_conference_committee] OWASP On the Move Funding for AusCERT 2011

It's clearly stated that "This program allows local chapters or
application security conferences to have OWASP presenters on site." so
I believe the request qualifies.
We may argue or discuss about this policy. Perhaps we want to restrict
the funds to bringing speakers to OWASP chapters only. But as with the
current policy, it seems that the request qualifies.
Do you think we should restrict OotM funds to bring speakers to local
chapters only? Is this something you want to discuss at next week
