[Global_chapter_committee] Fwd: [Global_conference_committee] OWASP On the Move Funding for AusCERT 2011

This is not a chapter requesting it... Hence is not a OWASP on the move to bring speakers to OWASP conference. 

It's not the $500 rather the process that I want you guys to flush out.
