[Global_chapter_committee] Global_chapter_committee Digest, Vol 5, Issue 15

Hi all,

After reading the Kate Hartmann mail I think she is overburden I think OWASP
can be furcated in various divisions like Asia Pacific, North America, Latin
America, Middle East and so for administrative purpose. Regional heads can
handle the normal working in their regions like opening a new chapters or
reviewing Inactive chapters and every fortnightly or monthly they can send
reports on the activities of their regions. By doing this we will improve
our response time. Since regional heads belong to the same regions they will
know the local intercracies and Nitty-gritty things.

This only my opinion, I may be wrong also.
Regards,

Zuber.
