We had our skype call today.

First of all: a warm welcome to our new GCC member: Matthew Chalmers!

We propose to organize skype calls each last Tuesday of the month, for the
local time: 12:00 a.m. @ New York 6:00 p.m. @ Belgium 7:00 p.m. @ Israel
11:30 p.m @ India
