[GPC] ASVS leadership

Board & GPC,

If is definitive that Mike Boberski is no longer an OWASP contributor and
given the importance the ASVS has acquired amongst OWASP projects, I propose
that as soon as possible we encourage our community to foster this project
maybe by contacting our leaders mailing list to see if there is anyone
available to assume this project leadership.

Please let me know what your decision is.
