Please submit your proposal here http://www.owasp.org/index.php/OWASP_Season_of_Code_2009_-_Applications.

Once your application is published on the WIKI, send an email to Global Projects <mailto:global-projects-committee at lists.owasp.org>  Committee with the following details: 

*	Project and release names; 
*	Contact details, i.e., full name, postal address and email.
