[GPC] URGENT: HAVE YOU GIVEN UP ON LEADING YOUR OWASP PROJECT?

I like the content of both :)

The original version mentions the efforts done so far, and Mike's  
version has clear action items for the receipients

Paulo can you try to create a merged version?
