[Esapi-user] ESAPI Logging

Since you chose to go with the Java Logger rather than Log4J as your logging
provider, have you setup Java Logging correctly? Is it able to locate your
logging.properties file? Are you seeing your log messages in the standard
console output (catalina.out for most tomcat installations)
