Chris is working on the 2.0 rc11 release this evening. We will push this live ASAP.

So long as there are no security centric "sky is falling" bugs in this release, it will be promoted to GA within a few weeks.

Thank you for your patience. We are sincerely close to delivering the first production-class version of ESAPI within the next few weeks.
