This bug http://code.google.com/p/owasp-esapi-java/issues/detail?id=92 
requests that we add human-readable release notes to each release to aid 
security teams in doing threat modeling when considering each new release.

I think this is a good and necessary idea. We will do a better job of 
this with the next release and beyond.
