[Esapi-user] Invalid URI

I am pretty sure that was never the URI for the TLD at any point. That is
the ESAPI category index on the wiki I believe.
However it appears that the TLD is missing from the jar, can you please
log an issue in Google Code and cc me on the issue. I will have this
resolved with the next release.
In the meantime, you can download the tld from SVN at
https://owasp-esapi-java.googlecode.com/svn-history/r1663/tags/releases/2.0_
rc10/configuration/META-INF/esapi.tld
This is the TLD for the tagged 2.0 RC10 release.
