[Esapi-user] ESAPI 2.0 rc7b (early release)

Hello folks,

I just released another version of the ESAPI 2.0 rc7 jar.   I made a small
change to SecurityWrapperRequest to ensure that
SecurityWrapperRequest.getParameter returns null when the request parameter
does not exist per the J2EE standard.

This is just an early release to ensure that I'm building the JAR file to
everyone's satisfaction. Once I get confirmation from the lead ESAPI dev's
I'll do a formal "complete zip" release with all supporting files.
