[SAMM] OpenSAMM 1.0 in Japanese

Hi all,

We just released a Japanese translation of SAMM 1.0 which you can
download from:

I suppose Pravir is preparing OWASP official translations for multiple languages
and ours will be incorporated into one of them. Meanwhile, Japanese readers
can get the document from there.
