[SAMM] Roadmap graphs

Hi Colin,

Looks good! I've been in a rush all week because I'm away on business but I
hope to take a proper look at this when I get home - I ended up hacking one
together with the drawing tools in Word in the end so it's nice to have a
more reusable alternative for the next assessment.

Will forward on more detailed feedback about the spreadsheet and my
experiences with SAMM in general when I get home next week.
