[Owasp-webscarab] Does WebScarab work with pop-up?

Hi !I am using Webscarab as a proxy server in my application.When I try to login to a site through http request without the proxy everything is working fine and I am able to login to it.But when I try the same with proxy enabled I can't work with the application. The application works in this way: First it ask me login and password and then the login windows close and open a pop-up with the application. Does WebScarab work with pop-up?
