[Owasp-webscarab] NPE on Fetch Request

Hello Rogan!
I use the last (20060718-1904) version. Also I use locally installed
last version of WebGoat. And when I send request to the URL
http://localhost:8080/WebGoat/attack, I get this exception.

Also, I couldn't build WebScarab from the sources: build complains
about abscense of the "server12" file.

The exception occurs in both "self-contained" and full versions.
