My apologies to everyone. I slipped in a brown-paper bag bug with 
regards to session saving, while attempting to fix a bug resetting the 
Internet Explorer proxy settings.

The minimal change is checked into CVS. Unfortunately, I am having 
difficulty with my JavaHelp build target, which is preventing my from 
building replacement packages.

For those that are being bitten by this bug, please get the fix from CVS.
