[Owasp-webscarab] todo

[Fix]

Hello,
downloaded webscarab, and i try compile it undern win32 platform but,
I have a problem with build.xml.webscarab/config.build.xml:49: Error running jikes compiler.
I try to see if my path is correct and it is ok but.....
Jiikes is a compiler that run only under unix-like platform!!!
Then I'm iteresting in coding and I want to know what project need todo 

by.
