[Owasp-webgoat] the requested resource is not available

The URL may be wrong, it may be /webgoat/attack

I do not see the WebGoat app being loaded in the output below.  Look in the
tomcat/webapps dir and if there is a webgoat.war then the URL is
.../webgoat/attack  if there is a WebGoat.war then the URL is
.../WebGoat/attack  Notice the capitalization in WebGoat.
