[OWASP-WEBGOAT]Installation Problem on Win 2k

Dear all,
 
I've got this error when i was trying to install webgoat on a win 2k machine
after executing this command, java -jar install_WebGoat-2.0_windows.jar
 
java.io.IOException:
CreateProcess:D:\Docume~1\Wayken~1\Locals~1\Temp|WebGoat_13906_download
error = 193
 
Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks
