[Owasp-washington] AppSec conference presentations

Hello, Does owasp generally release the presentations given at the  
conference to the public? I was particularly interested to learn about  
the 'Slow HTTP POST attack' talk by Onn Chee & Tom Brennan that was  
scheduled to be held on 11/10/10.
