[Owasp-washington] [Owasp-wash_dc_va] AppSecDC - happy hour?!

There is a VIP happy hour (unfortunately only open to volunteers, staff,
speakers, and a select few others) Tuesday evening. There is the main
reception for the convention Wednesday evening.

Both of those require being involved in the conference . . . and it's never
too late to go register! But people will probably be wandering out into the
city after both events, if there are those among you who are not going to
the conference but want to catch up with folks.

I, Mark, and some of the other staff will be around Monday after the first
day of training is done. How eager we are to go out will depend on how much
more needs to be done by then ;-).
