[Owasp-washington] Digital Capital Week in June

Hey folks,

This may be of interest to some of you -- Digital Capital Week (pun
intended) is taking place in DC in June.
The quick summary? it's basically a (currently free) mini-SXSWi taking place
in DC, designed to get people talking about how they are using technology
and innovation.

There are going to be all sorts of panels and events. Most of them not
having a whit to do with or about security. However, I've signed up as an
"event planner" and am going to try to organize at least one sort of
"outreach" event to make people aware of the need for security concepts in
their next dot-venture or killer-app, and some of the resources that are
available to them. It may be an OWASP DC thing, or it may be something
totally independent.

Sign up now if you are interested in the event as a whole, or in
participating in whatever madness I am planning, as they just released
another 500 tix (and the first 2000 sold out in a little over a week). Do
not snooze! it will sell out (there are a lot of nerds in DC).
