[Owasp-washington] OWASP DC outreach opportunity

David,
You may be right that Aspect would be better suited. This is obviously
one of their strengths and we certainly appreciate both their
capabilities and willingness to assist.
That said, I see this as a chance for the DC chapter to provide
leadership and career-enhancing opportunities to its members. Yes, we
could send the Dave Wichers and Matt Fishers of the world, but I'd
rather see those among us without such reputations and resumes rise to
the challenge and deliver quality presentations to represent OWASP in a
meaningful way. If we constantly deferred to the most established among
us, there would be no opportunity for improvement and promotion of the
rest of us.
So, with that philosophy and approach in mind, both David and Eric Brown
have volunteered for this effort. Gents, I'm going to put the ball in
your court and make the introductions - you can take it from there.
