[Owasp-washington] Update on this weeks meeting

It looks like the OODA Loop talk will not be happening at this months meeting (hopefully next month).  I am still planning on giving a talk on various JS Obfuscation techniques. 

So that being said, if anyone else has any ideas on another topic feel free to send them my way.  If not we will either end it early or come up with an adhoc topic for discussion.
