[Owasp-washington] SANS Adds More Tests

Good news. SANS is going to split PHP and Perl into their own tests, as
should be.
 
SANS is going to split C and C++ into their own tests, as should be.
 
In total, 6 tests (for the first roll-out, for now).
 
Thanks in part to the feedback from some of our chapter (thanks Lou Cox)
and some nastygrams on slashdot that went to the tune of, "when are they
gonna learn there is no such language as C/C++."
