[Owasp-washington] Java Error vs Exception

I was wrong about errors and exceptions being fundamentally different
entities and whether or not they could be caught. Dave was right. This
article describes the three types of exceptions:  checked, error, and
runtime (error and runtime are called unchecked exceptions).

We had disagreed at the last owasp meeting.
 
The online exam at SANS is being updated based on that and the other
feedback I got from the group. And I believe we're putting up two
additional code questions.
