[OWASP-Washington] Interesting project

Thanks Andre,

I've been following this for a while, and have sent Ivan some comments. I
think it's a good idea to have a common language for talking about these
devices.  What's interesting is what's NOT there.  The WAFEC doesn't cover
much of what's in the OWASP Guide for example.
