[Owasp-washington] OWASP Local Chapter first meeting?

Hi folks,

It's high time for a the first meeting of the DC OWASP chapter. Would anyone
on the list be able to help me plan the first meeting?

I can offer a nice conference room in Columbia, Maryland just about anytime.
Or we could meet in a local pub and argue appsec over beer and pretzels.

There's a great opportunity in the DC area to meet and network with some
very interesting application security folks.  There are about 10 people on
the DC list (from great organizations) right now, and I suspect we can grow
the local chapter quickly.

Does the week of Aug 23 work for people?  What time of day works best?
