[Owasp-topten] French translation

I agreed with Romain,

I think we must keep the English names and perhaps in parenthesis the
French translation.


We've got the same problem for the French FreeBSD Documentation Project,
and after a lot of speak, we decide to translate only what it make sense
for some technicals words. I think it can be the same for attacks names
