[Owasp-summit-2013] OWASP Summit 2013 Venue

The comparison was an OWASP Summit at 350K to a FTE for 2 years. The
Summit is an important part of OWASP, and is inline with what OWASP
does. Comparing the 2 or suggesting that having Summit is a waste of
money doesn't seem in-line, and has nothing to do with the venue.
