[Owasp-Summit-2011] Debrief Marta on Summit and Venue

Hi Maria and Tomas

Marta is going to arrive on Wednesday (from Brazil) and I would like for
Diplomata/Maria and Tomas to give her a full debrief on where we are with
the Summit and the Hotel.

Marta is going to be handling everything related with the Hotel, so I need
her to have full visibility into all the resources available to us at the
hotel (namely the villas, the conference centre and the catering). She also
needs to be aware of what are the current travel/transfer arrangements, if
the ADSL lines are installed and what else exists around the Campo Real
region.

Diplomata/Maria and Tomas please book some time on Wednesday to meet with
Marta and brief her.

Also, please help Marta to set-up our first 'operational' centre so that
when the rest of the team arrives on Thursday we can start using it strait
away (me, Paulo and Sandra should be there by 10am on Thursday morning)
