Regarding your proposal for the OWASP Summit 2011, I am sending below a few questions that our organisation would like to see clarified. We are at the moment going through the process of analysing and comparing different applications to host the Summit and this info would be extremely useful for helping with the decision process.

Issues to clarify:

Who will be our point of contact with the Hotel?

You have given us in your quote a value of 600 Eur per day for a meeting room for 100 people. 

If we have less participants (let’s say 50), will this price change?

What will be the cost of having internet access, Audio Visual equipment and support for the A/V equipment?

We will need flexibility in the number of meeting rooms used so that 4 to 5 work sessions can occur simultaneously in different spaces if needed be. Is this possibility included in your quote? Can we use the option “All in One” mentioned in the hotel website where one big room can be divided into 4/5 smaller rooms?

If yes, what will be the cost?

If not, how many small rooms can we use for this purpose? How much will they cost us? 

If we need several meeting rooms, can the hotel provide A/V equipment for each room? How much will that cost?

Can you, please, confirm, that Package E includes only the cost of lunches and coffee breaks for the working days without considering accommodation?

Package A and B:

Will the rooms be shared by 5 people? 

What do you mean by V/3?

What type of Dinner is included – food pack, buffet, à la carte, self service?

What is the wifi capacity available for the event considering that we will have 50 to 100 people using it simultaneously?

Are there any establishments in Cascais opened for late night dinner/meals service? At what time do they close? Any good suggestions?
