[Owasp-Summit-2011] Confirmation of Booking of Alentejo room and availability of other main room

Hi Maria

When I visited the Hotel last week I asked the local hotel representative to
give us the status of the Alentejo room and if available to book it for us.

I also wanted to have the ability to book the bigger room before anybody
else did (the other room we are not using).

Can you confirm that this is now in place and give us (if required) any
updates on the cost implications
